Casa Vista del Mar is located 120 meter above sea level in one of the most beautiful areas of Guanacaste and right in the middle in one of the five Blue Zones on this planet. You are going to experience complete privacy – as the property is located in a gated community with guards and full security.
The quiet and unspoiled beach of San Juanillo (rated by Conde Nast traveler as one of the10 most beautiful beaches worldwide) is only a 12 minute drive away.

The house is first time on VRBO. This modern and stylish villa offers everything you need for a fantastic vacation. All rooms and terraces provide a great ocean/ jungle view. The great panoramic view and the sunsets from the main terrace are one of a kind. It is the place for a perfect cocktail at sunset and nighttime star gazing or sunrises over the jungle if that’s your thing.

The luxury Villa features 2 king size bedrooms and 1 bedroom for kids with a bunk bed ( twin over Queen), and 2 baths spread out over 2,700 sq. ft. (270sq. m.) You will experience a scenic view over the ocean and an beautiful suspended infinity pool. The floor plan is open and airy with walls of sliding glass that allow perfect indoor/outdoor entertainment and living.
Each bedroom and living room is equipped with air conditioning and the house has high speed internet throughout. For complete safety, the entire house is equipped with a water sanitizing and filtration system.

The great living room has an open floor plan that includes an open kitchen, a seating area and dining table for 8 persons. In front of the common area, a large, covered patio opens up - that features a dining area, relaxed seating area, pool chairs and an outdoor shower. The wonderful pool extends across the entire width of this terrace.
Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the company of breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean or sit in the pool and watch the monkey families and birds up in the trees over your head. Spectacular moments you will never forget.

The house comes fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry (washer and dryer) and housekeeping (on request-separate payment). The kitchen, which is equipped with top-quality appliances included oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water filter and refridgerator.

At the entrance of the Villa, a great Car port can host up to 2 cars easily and plenty of parking for an additional 2 cars.

The maximum capacity of the 3 individual bedrooms sleeps 7 people. If one child or teen will sleep on the sofa, the maximum capacity would be 8 individuals.

The helpful property manager who lives only 10 min away is easily accessible through WhatsApp to help with any questions, reservations, and helpful hints and to ensure the most enjoyable time at Casa Vista del Mar. The service you get here is comparable to a high-end concierge service at a 5-star hotel. If you prefer, a private chef, Musician or a DJ can be arranged for your enjoyment. We help you to make reservations for all restaurants and Bars, activities or tours you might like to book and will have a lot of helpful hints and recommendations to make your stay unforgettable.

There is a 4-day minimum booking requested. We offer special prices for monthly requests. We do not rent out for weekends only. We highly recommend renting a 4-wheel drive car during your stay.
