”Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

”The pool and grounds are great. The breakfast and onsite restaurants and pool bar and grill were great. The other fun options were great for my teens - bowling go karts and billiards. We loved this resort but the rooms need some significant updating. It wasn’t dirty per se but run down. I hope Hilton gives this resort some love because it can be phenomenal if they do. ”

”It’s a family owned business and we loved that. They were helpful, informative and very customer service friendly. The villa is a little dated, but beautiful views. Very peaceful and accommodating. I would stay again. It’s in the mountains and the roads are winding. It was quite the adventure and a great stay!”

”The hotel itself is clean and was fine for two days of stay. It’s located in a very busy area but you don’t hear any outside noise. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Our problem was with checkin. The woman at the front desk was less than pleasant and helpful. We waited for over an hour for our room after check in time to which she eventually informed us she could in fact give our family a readily available room this entire time. It was less than efficient on her part considering she...
