”The location and cleanliness of the hotel are okay. The staff at the front desk is helpful and polite but one has to ask for everything first. The breakfast (instant) porridge was not properly made as the water did not absorb into flakes properly. I guess you get what you pay for and I would stay in this hotel again due to its pricing.”

”The staff at the property was really friendly and helpful, but the property itself is slightly outdated. My room seemed like it hadn't been updated in years. Fixtures were cracked and broken. It is also incredibly loud at that facility. You can hear all the cars and the Central Air unit was really loud. The beds aren't comfy. There is no covered parking either. ”

The hotel’s response was to say they could not handle any refund directly and that I needed to go through Expedia. Expedia then contacted the hotel on my behalf, but after additional waiting, the hotel still declined to refund the room charge.
