”Property situated in a great location within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There was air conditioning in 3 rooms and the property was fully equipped with great extras such as beach towels, beach umbrellas and an ice box. Plenty of on street parking outside the property. A new dishwasher had been installed in the kitchen.”

”A real gem as all the previous reviews told us. Every day we were amazed by this fantastic place with incredible 360° Views. It was a stretch for our pocket but worth every penny. We were 4 adults, a teenager and a toddler and Mojacar has been a favourite holiday destination over many years. Looking forward to going back.”

”This is a beautiful villa with a great sea view. It was beautifully decorated with a sea view from the living room and main bedroom and had everything we needed and more! It's a great location being walking distance to the sea front with restaurants and bars and while the road back is uphill, it was easily managed by us. We also had a car for food shopping etc. We would highly recommend this villa.”

”We had a brilliant holiday, the house was perfect for us, with plenty of room for 7 adults and 7 children. The table outside was big enough for us to eat together and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was well used and although a bit cold at first it was comfortable to be in. A nice walk down to the beach and lots of places to eat. The hosts were lovely, they stayed in contact via text and were really accommodating. Thank you for having us.”

”Très belle maison, bien équipée et bien située. La vue dégagée sur la mer est exceptionnelle. Tout est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. L'accueil et les conseils de Stuart sont excellents. Pas de problème particulier sur le check-in et check-out, tout est clair sur ce point, une fois installée vous n'avez plus trop envie de bouger ! le village de Mojacar très proche est joli celui de Bedar également, si vous souhaitez visiter l'Andalousie il faudra faire un peu de route, plages à 20', Cabo de...

”Alles wie beschrieben - die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Location ist einfach klasse, die Lage optimal. Von der Sonnenterrasse ein schöner Meeresblick. Optimal auch die überdachte Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Sehr sauber und komplett für mind. 8 Personen liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne und bestimmt wieder.”

”If you are looking to stay in one of the loveliest homes in a beautiful setting, this is for you. We were treated so well by Sara and Dom. they could not have done enough for us, certainly over and above anything we have experienced before when renting a villa. The historical property is surrounded by Orange and Lemon groves in a peaceful and tranquil setting. We had various grandchildren and family staying a different times and there was something for all ages, ours are between 3 and 23 years....

”We spent a week at the villa and it was a perfect retreat. The property is modern and clean with all the extras you could hope for like a dishwasher and coffee machine. The pool area is beautiful (and heated!), a lovely place to lounge and relax. The villa itself has a lot of areas to break out and have some quiet time, as well as enough seating inside and out to eat and socialise together. Being so close to the sea front was also a big bonus as it meant we could walk down to the restaurants in...

”Absolutely lovely place, house was great, like a show home, had everything you could possibly want, host extremely helpful going above making sure that we were all happy The only down side is the location was a 10 minute drive from the centre and their was a builders yard next to us, so lots of lorries in the mornings”
