”Great staff and free underground parking ”

”The room was spacious and clean and modernly decorated. Everything was very good with the exception of the fact that the room had no fan or a/c and it was warm in Loja and as a consequence was the room temperature was high and it was very uncomfortable to sleep or sit in. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 5.”

”Yes, all room amenities were perfect. However, on the fourth floor above me, the owners had a dog that they allow on the balcony that literally bark much of the night, so my sleep was invaded. Also, it was Carnival and they were yelling and screaming part of the night from a balcony. But the breakfast was very good and they had plenty of coffee. I will stay again but probably not during Carnival.”

”I recommend this apartment, it is close to everything, clean and well equipped. The listing says it can accommodate up to three people. However, the rate listed is for one person and there is an extra charge for the second and third person. I had two people and had to pay extra for the second person. Suggest you clarify rate with host when booking. Except for this, it is an excellent apartment and the host is pleasant and helpful.”

”Publicidad fraudulenta, nos dijeron en el hotel que no teníamos una reservación y que no trabajan mucho con ustedes porque les pagan después de un mes y se llevan el 22% del pago que en el hotel es más económico. Nos dieron 2 habitaciones en lugar de 3 porque no tenían más. ”
