”The property was beautiful! The home was clean and plenty big enough for our family. Communication with the manager was excellent. They immediately responded to our request to have the pool cleaned. And just to be clear, the water in the pool was fine; there was some debris in the pool from the storm that blew in. The home had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again. ”

”You have access to a private beach (which is not nearly as busy as the park area). It’s a great spot and easy walk to beach! The. You can jump in the pool and cool down after:). The house was really clean. I would recommend renting a golfcart as we accessed most of the island on it! Really fun- we will be back! Oh and dog friendly!!”

”We loved Laurel’s place. Super convenient access to the pools and beach. Fully stocked with everything we needed, including baby gear. Plenty of different sleep options for the baby and kids. Bright, airy, and inviting. The wrap around porch was great for some shaded outdoor time. Would highly recommend this rental! ”

”Our family recently stayed at this stunning beach house near St. Simons Island’s East Beach, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. After going through a very difficult time — some of our loved ones had been affected by a house fire — we were looking for a peaceful place to rest, recharge, and create new memories together. This home provided exactly that and so much more. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how immaculately clean and spacious the house was....

”Great location if your main attraction is the beach! The beach is walking distance from the house. There are popular local restaurants just walking distance from the house as well. The house has another connected to it. We had a neighbor, but NEVER heard them. The kitchen has what you need on vacation. The laundry room has laundry soap and dryer sheets. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable!!! I slept like a rock! Saint Simon’s is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for...

”We came for a quick 3 days trip, and brought our yellow lab with us. This place was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything, and it’s clear the owner/manager knows how to accommodate. There are games for family, toy basket for dogs, chargers everywhere for phones, and even a coffee bar. We would definitely stay here again. Much better and cheaper than hotel options around there.”
