In September, the backyards of country NSW are blanketed with gold canola fields. The colour is a rich yellow that brightens in sunshine and deepens as clouds go by. They make for an unusual break from the luscious green that also covers this land. This was about 20 Km before Harden driving from Canberra, but if you keep your eyes open you cannot miss the gold fields!

The room is well fitted out and a good size and the Breakfast Room is a real plus for a motel of this type with a good range of food to eat and with a great coffee machine similar to what 5 star hotels provide.
