”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. ”Elevator panels were held together with duct tape. Got me worried a little of the elevator was safe. Trim in the elevator was lifted and my shoe got stuck one time. Hair dryer in the room was broken and didn't get fixed despite two requests. The room service guy (likely Doordash) didn't deliver silverware with dinner and what's worse argued it wasn't his job to deliver silverware with the order unless I order directly with the restaurant. ”
