”I was very underwhelmed by this property for a Hilton branded hotel. Staff was far from pleasant and not accommodating. Beds were uncomfortable. After being in a meeting all day on Monday. I came back to my room which I’ve been cleaned by my request, and there was water splattered all over the floor in the bathroom for when they cleaned the bathtub and shower and there was still water in the tub from when they cleaned it. On my next trip to Gainesville I will definitely look at other...

”Unfortunately we could only stay one night.
We were greeted by staff, which was friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and VERY comfortable! The only issue I saw was the outdoor pool could've used a cleaning. On their defense the pollen count was very high so it was understandable.
The beds were a little high up but ohh so comfortable! They had comfortable pillows too. We forgot toothpaste and they had complimentary toothpaste at the front desk.
