”Overall, the hotel itself was as expected, but the service experience fell short. Upon arriving to check in, there was no one at the front desk and I waited approximately 5–10 minutes for a staff member to arrive. When assistance was provided, there was no greeting or welcoming interaction, and the overall experience lacked the level of customer service I would expect. The staff gave the impression that they were disengaged and did not want to be there, which negatively impacted the stay.””

”The building is historic and well-maintained with a friendly staff. It is surrounded by Victorian style houses in the neighborhood. The hot breakfast was good. The room is clean and spacious. Although, the parking on the premises is only by valet parking with a little bit higher fee. Meter parking is nearby.”

”The room was small, but comfortable. It was noisy outside early in the evening but quieter later on. The person at the reception desk seemed a little impatient and not very friendly. Parking was not inexpensive and the parking spots in the garage were spaced very close together. The open central area was spacious and comfortable. Overall this was an OK experience but I might look somewhere else the next time I stay in the area.”
