”Great place to stay. Great property and staff. The only downside was location is right next to the state highway, traffic all night. ”

”Room carpet was dirty and sticky. They still put us in a pet room even though we dont have pets. Breakfast wasnt even worth waking up for. Will never stay at a best western again if this is the standard ”

”Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. ”

”Loved it! Stayed for one night, the bed was so comfortable I could have stayed in bed all day! ”

”They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well. ”

”Everything you need is provided. A clean room, many yummy places to eat and drink. Entertainment available and just exploring is entertainment in itself.”

”After the recent remodel, this is a great, affordable option. The on site restaurant and bar is fantastic, and the rooms are fresh and comfortable. They did a great job updated this property and is now my go to hotel with an awesome location as well being close to bars and restaurants. ”

”The hotel has just been remodeled and everything was clean and new. The breakfast buffet was good, with a number of options. Elsa at the front desk was great! She helped us get checked in early because of a business function that we'd be attending. And then made sure that we had parking in the underground parking lot. She was friendly, professional, and happy. Next time we're going to the Tacoma Dome, we'll stay at this hotel.”

”We were not there to use the casino/we were in town visiting our grandson. The hotel was quiet, clean and we were comfortable having our grandson there to use the pool. The take out from the restaurants were convenient as well. Very nice hotel with affordable rates ”

”Breakfast was good. Electricity in room was not working well. Staff was responsive to our needs.”

”Firstly, the gal at the counter was not the friendliest. Not rude but didn’t feel welcoming. Second, they did something to their pictures because the room looked like the temu version of the pictures. Lastly, the rooms were suppose to be non-smoking, but all I smelt was weed.”

”The rooms and main floor were very cleanly. The breakfast options were great and I wouldn’t change a thing with that part. I wish there was more parking as we couldn’t find parking. There were two trucks that took up 6 stalls so that didn’t help. The fitness centre was lacking in options. ”
