”The exterior of the hotel looks worn out but is very clean, and the room was amazing, brand new furniture and crisp white linens, fresh clean smell and beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised and we did choose this hotel because of the excellent rating and low price. We will surely come back on our next road trip from Canada on I-75S!”

”Older property but well maintained and clean. The staff were all kind and willing to assist with any questions. Breakfast was served hot and decent options.”

”Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.”

”Our visit was very nice. The staff was very professional and friendly. Ben was especially kind and helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast on our second morning was delicious. The room fit our family of six perfectly. Our room was clean, but, I would say it could use some updating. Nothing truly bad about the room - but the rugs could go and the shower/toilet seemed to struggle. Again, nothing that would change my mind about staying there again – just something to note....

”When we arrived at the hotel, we were in shock at how run down the hotel was. The hotel sign looked like a tornado tore it apart! Everything was ripped off of the sign. From the outside of the hotel, you could see ripped curtains and broken windows. The hotel looked deserted. There was a letter size piece of paper TAPED on the glass door to the hotel that listed a phone number to call to check in!! I have never been to a hotel that's had a NOTE in a door with instructions to CALL a number to...

”I have stayed here many times. I have family living in Findlay and in Tiffin. This is a great location that allows me minimal driving to visit family in both cities. EVERY time I have stayed here it has been very clean, quiet and the staff are super friendly. The beds are comfortable with comforters that actually have weight and comfort to them unlike some of the higher end hotels. The lobby area has great seating and lighting for playing games. I LOVE staying here. Oh...and did I mention...

”The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent. The parking was horrible because all the doors were broken besides the front lobby door. It was very annoying carrying bags from the opposite end of the hotel to go through the single door when exterior doors were right next to our room. There was good shower pressure, but the water never got warm. It was a cold shower for sure.”

”Clean room but hotel charged me as well as Expedia so I’m fighting to get my money back”

”Room was clean and comfortable. You can tell this hotel gets some heavy use from BGSU and is showing a bit. Breakfast was disappointing for a Hilton property with convenience items really scaled back.”
