We were greeted by someone on the phone on the couch and when we got up to our tiny room, there was a missing TV. We went downstairs to talk to the receptionist, who was on the couch and on her phone again. ”Hotel is definitely looking tired. It could also use a deep cleaning, especially in the common areas. Only encountered one staff member at the front desk and she was lovely. Room was decent, but lots of wear and tear. Fortunately bed was comfortable, but pillow pillows were awful with feathers poking into your head and very flimsy. We continue to stay here due to the location as you can walk right into town and it’s just off the bike path. Hopefully they’ll put some more attention into the...
