”The Mansion House was a lovely stay. Style, class, cleanlines…The Mansion House almost was perfect. 2 things not so much but minor. The thermostat in the room was strange. Very drafty in the room. The continental breakfast for the Mansion House was very stingy. I would have loved plain oatmeal with fresh blueberries but all they had was the sugar filled kids oatmeal. The eggs were cold hard boiled served over ice. Not so much. Other than that, the Mansion House was wonderful. ”

”During an off season stay, there were very few visitors and they were in the process of doing some renovations. In spite of that, everything was in working order and there were no noises or construction disturbance. The restaurant and bar at the Whaler was very popular and the food was excellent. The stir fry in particular, and then the wings special on Sunday night, just excellent!”

”We loved our stay! Our host was very attentive which made our check in and out, easy. The house was FULLY stocked which was a huge plus. We would absolutely consider renting again on our next trip.Although it did not detract from the overall stay, I would like to warn guests (especially older guests) of the raised dining room, which you can see in the property photos. It is elevated above the kitchen and the living room areas and the two floor levels blend in seamlessly. Even knowing the step...
