Welcome to this modern and comfortable vacation apartment with 2 balconies and a view of the sea. It is approximately 71 square meters in size, located on the 1st floor (elevator available), and offers plenty of space for up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Two inviting bedrooms with a cozy atmosphere ensure undisturbed sleep and restful nights. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower.
The enclosed kitchen with a balcony is fully equipped. From a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher to a microwave and refrigerator with a freezer compartment—it has everything you could want. All kitchen utensils are also provided, so you can feel right at home. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or on one of the two balconies, from which you can take in the view of the sea and the forest.

A washer-dryer combo is available in the apartment for your laundry.

The promenade, with its restaurants, cafés, and shops, as well as the sandy beach, is only about 200 meters away.
The dog-friendly beach and the large Wernerwald forest are just a few minutes’ walk away.

After a long bike ride, you can park your bikes in the bike storage room.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find plenty of opportunities for activities. Whether hiking, biking, or jogging—outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy here. You’ll also have the chance to try water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, and boat tours. Families with children will appreciate the many recreational options, such as the forest playground and climbing park.
Pets are welcome here, so your four-legged friend can come along on your trip.

The modern Nordseebrandung apartment building in Cuxhaven’s Sahlenburg spa district is just a 2-minute walk from Sahlenburg’s sandy beach. Most of the apartments at Nordseebrandung offer sea views and a view of the departing mudflat boats. The new and modernly furnished apartments are partially wheelchair-accessible and accommodate 2 to 7 people. Ideal for family vacations—even with a dog—right on the beach. The building features an elevator, a bike storage room, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Many apartments have their own washer/dryer combo inside the unit at no additional charge. A private parking space right next to the building is available for rent. Bicycle storage is provided. Behind the building is a small playground with seating areas.
