The accompanying garage is located directly below the apartment. An additional parking space is available on the property, allowing for the storage of e-bikes in the garage.

From the entrance area, a small hallway leads to the modern and comfortably furnished living room with an adjoining dining area and a stylish, fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dishwasher.

The living room opens onto the covered balcony, which is perfect for relaxing, not just in good weather.

A hallway leads to the other rooms, including the master bedroom, a second bedroom, and the bathroom.

The master bedroom is also comfortable, bright, and spacious, featuring a comfortable modern bed with box-spring mattresses and a large wardrobe with sliding doors, offering ample storage space for 4 people.

The second bedroom contains a bunk bed for 2 additional guests. The lower bed measures 140 x 200 cm, the upper bed 90 x 200 cm.
