Holiday home in Cuxhaven with swimming pool

The holiday home "Kleine Ruge" was built in 2010 using solid construction methods. In spring 2023, this single-story, barrier-free holiday home was lovingly renovated! "Kleine Ruge" (85 m²) features two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), two bathrooms with showers (each with a window), a large, tastefully and very high-quality furnished living area, a spacious garden/terrace area, and a separate storage room located outside the house.

The house is situated in a secluded, gated area of the property with a lockable garden section. Two parking spaces are available. Ample bicycle parking is provided on the property. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer can be used in the neighboring building.

"Kleine Ruge" can accommodate five people (one double bed in bedroom 2, two single beds in bedroom 1, and a fold-down bed in the living room). Bed linen and towels are included.
