”We recently stayed at this hotel after a long 13-hour drive from San Antonio, Texas, with our family of four. Initially, we reserved a room with two wide beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we received an upgrade upon arrival. The upgrade included two rooms, providing us with a total of three beds, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel pool was a fantastic addition to our stay. ”Almost everything about The Mystic was splendid....The breakfast was delicious and they had an amazing band playing at night! The staff was super helpful and friendly! The main thing we had a problem with was lack of shelf space, no dresser and the room was quite drafty. Other than that, it's charming!”

”This place is ghetto but I guess that’s what you get for the price. The reviews did not reflect the property. Our towel rod was broken, tub stained from god knows what. While place smelt like cigarette masking spray. Will pay the extra 30$ to never stay here again lol. ”

”Clean and spacious room great staff ok breakfast. Only had pork and OJ was broken. Fitness center nice and pool. Neighborhood was bad, homeless sleeping in parking area, smell of d*pe, window AC was falling and I can see outside. Facet water was too strong and sprayed everywhere. Mattress was hard. Pillows were lumpy like a motel. Sheet was stretched out and kept coming off.”

”The only thing I didn't like was paying $4 a night for parking. No one likes to pay for parking in this type of property, but I understand they're trying to make every dollar they can. ”
