”The front desk team was amazing, it’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s a very solid boutique hotel in an amazing location if you’re exploring this very beautiful part of Mendoza. It wasn’t hot when we were there so we didn’t get a chance to go in the pool, but the grounds are very nice and the restaurant had very delicious food. The whole place has a woody feel to it, they really accommodated us, with amazing hospitality. We stayed facing the back so it was very quiet as well.”

”A disappointing experience. The place is beautiful, but it seems the owners have not given money for upkeeping investments. The chairs in our room were stained. The telephone did not work (we got a new one when requested), the tap was not only dripping - water was literally pouring. We had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The tap was not mended during our 3-night stay. The hotel has bicycles you can borrow to ride around. 70 % of them are in undrivable condition. It is such a shame...

”Spent the weekend at Casa de Uco to unwind and relax. A bit of a drive from Mendoza airport (roughly 1.5 hours) located at the foot of the Andes mountains and surrounded by vineyards. Small, refined, luxurious. Never left the property. No reason to. Had breakfast and dinner on site. Cooled off in the pool, pampered in the spa, went horseback riding through the vineyards. ”In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...
