”Charming hotel where you are treated like family. Jose curated an amazing itinerary for us before we even arrived. From cozy wine tastings in front of the fire to made to order breakfast, the staff exceeded our expectations at every turn especially when my husband became ill. Their concern and care was so appreciated. Our visit to Mendoza was way too short, but we will definitely return and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! ”

”A disappointing experience. The place is beautiful, but it seems the owners have not given money for upkeeping investments. The chairs in our room were stained. The telephone did not work (we got a new one when requested), the tap was not only dripping - water was literally pouring. We had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The tap was not mended during our 3-night stay. The hotel has bicycles you can borrow to ride around. 70 % of them are in undrivable condition. It is such a shame...

”I loved this place, the staff is great and is always ready to help. We couldn't use the bikes as they were under repair. Near the area there is not much to do, there are a couple of winerys but I recommend renting a car”
