”A disappointing experience. The place is beautiful, but it seems the owners have not given money for upkeeping investments. The chairs in our room were stained. The telephone did not work (we got a new one when requested), the tap was not only dripping - water was literally pouring. We had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The tap was not mended during our 3-night stay. The hotel has bicycles you can borrow to ride around. 70 % of them are in undrivable condition. It is such a shame...

”In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...
