They didn’t have a hot breakfast, the eggs and sausage warmers were not clean cleaned from the previous day and so they just didn’t make eggs and sausage for Sunday morning. ”The room was fresh smelling when we entered. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool and the temp was perfect. The only complaint I have is the neighbors were so noisy until 4 in the morning so the sleep wasn’t the best. ”

”Dirty room, sheets had mud, oily wet spot, blood on mattress pad, mattress protector had urine on it. Staff weren’t able to switch rooms and don’t have fresh clean mattress protector or correct size linens. ”
