OUR FAVORITE FEATURES AT LA MAISON D'ANTAN:
- Spacious, open-concept layout with high-end finishes, featuring 3 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms;
- Full air conditioning throughout the two levels of the house;
- In addition to the outdoor areas shared by both units (a 10x5-meter heated and secured pool (May 15–August 31), solar-heated pool shower, bocce court, fenced parking for 7 cars, large wooded park...), you will have access to a private garden with outdoor furniture (tables, benches, umbrella, high-end electric griddle, clothesline, lounge chairs, armchairs, and chairs...);
- Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher for your convenience during large gatherings...;
- Professional-grade and hotel-quality linens provided;
- End-of-stay cleaning included (mid-stay cleaning available as an additional package).
OUR HIGHLIGHTS:
- Eco-friendly: a phytopurification system is in place throughout the property for wastewater treatment;
- Charging stations: 2 charging stations for electric vehicles are available during your stay and included in the rental price.
KEY:
* > You have the option to rent the entire property (barn & house) with the outdoor spaces, upon written request via email to the Conciergerie Gaillarde team (subject to availability—rates based on a personalized quote)
** > The parking lot is available for use by both units (the barn and the house). It includes 7 parking spaces to be shared. It is fenced and therefore secure but not monitored by CCTV. Two charging stations for electric vehicles are available to tenants of both units in the private parking lot.
*** > The swimming pool on the property (10x5) is a common area shared by the tenants of both units. It is available from May 15 through August 31 of each year. It is available 7 days a week during this period, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It is fully fenced and secured with an electric gate (EU standards). It is heated during the period mentioned above (the temperature, even when heated, may vary depending on favorable or unfavorable weather conditions).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The bocce court is also a shared area of the property (12 bocce balls provided);
- Outside contractors for the maintenance of the grounds, pool, or spa may need to access the property during your stay. If this is the case, you will of course be informed in advance, and a time frame for their visit will be provided.
## Access
Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire house to yourself so you can feel right at home.
SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 5:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the appropriate time.
## Interaction
The Conciergerie team will not be physically present on-site but remains reachable and readily available in case of any issues.
AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we are available 7 days a week until 11 PM via messaging on the booking platform or by phone.
LOCAL GUIDE: Before your arrival, you will receive your personalized digital guidebook. It is packed with our local recommendations: the best restaurants, the most charming cafés, must-see attractions, and well-kept secrets for living like a local. You will also receive special offers from our partners.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a full cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, accept the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
