”We had such great stay with my wife in Riad El Hara. Karima and her team was taking care of us from the first messages until our check out. We got a lot of hints, tips, help with bookings etc. during our visit. We had the relaxing spa experience as well at the premises. ”Excellent place with amazing staff and very good location. You feel like home with high standard hospitality. ”The ryads are a very good deal. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they really take care of their customers. Only the bar staff is very s-l-o-w. There is some visible wear-and-tear in the public spaces and rooms. Plumbing needs improvement. Nonetheless, definetely worth a recommendation. ”

”Everything in the riad is good - but there are two issues which we didn’t like: - we had some issues to sleep at night as there is basically no sound isolation in the rooms (especially the room’s doors lacked the sais isolotation). - the cellar area, where they give massages was cold, and my spouse got a nasty flue - which I also got few days after.”

”This is among the most unique properties in the world. The service is second to none and whoever designed the hotel should win a gold medal somewhere. Everything about El Fenn was excellent and as advertised. I rarely give feedback from travels, choosing to write about a place that is very very bad or excellent.
