The Space:

We invite you to a unique apartment located in a beautifully restored, historic brick building. It is an ideal space for four people – a family or a group of friends – wishing to discover the charms of the region. The interior delights with a thoughtful combination of industrial character and modern elegance. The focal point is the living room, where subdued grey curtains and designer accessories contrast with the fashionable, dark furnishings. Here, you will find a comfortable sofa bed, providing sleeping space for two people. After a day full of impressions, you can relax in front of the 55-inch Smart TV with internet access and your favorite streaming platforms.



A functional kitchenette seamlessly connects to the living room. It is equipped with essential appliances: an electric hob, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer, allowing for the easy preparation of meals, which can be enjoyed at the stylish wooden dining table. Just off the living area is the separate bedroom, a true oasis of calm. A comfortable 140 cm bed guarantees a deep sleep, while the expressive botanical-patterned wallpaper and sunny, mustard-colored curtains add a unique atmosphere to the interior. The apartment also features a comfortable workspace with a desk.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, which will be especially appreciated by families and those planning a longer stay. This is a unique area that has preserved the authentic character of a former workers' settlement, dominated by picturesque red-brick buildings. Guests can experience the unique atmosphere of the place here, taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is worth noting that Czeladź is one of the oldest towns in the Dąbrowa Basin, with a rich history dating back to the Middle Ages.



Local shops are nearby, making everyday shopping convenient. For a pleasant walk, you can visit the nearby Prochownia Park, located about 1 km away.



Just a few minutes' drive (approx. 3.5-4 km) separates the apartment from the city's main attractions, located in the revitalised areas of the former mine. There, you can visit the fascinating Saturn Museum, documenting the region's mining traditions, or fully relax in the famous Roman Baths at the Saturn Palace – a luxurious complex of saunas and swimming pools.



The location ensures excellent transport links. The nearest bus stop, "Piaski Osiedle Dziekana", is just 200 metres from the building, offering numerous connections to the centre of Czeladź, Będzin, Sosnowiec, and Katowice. The Będzin Miasto railway station is about a 10-minute drive away (approx. 4 km). The apartment is also excellently located in relation to Katowice Airport (KTW), which is only 11 km away.
