”Palvelu oli loistavaa niin hotellissa kuin hotellin ravintoloissa ja spa:ssa. Hotelli on pienehkö, boutique omainen. Hotelli oli vastoin odotuksiamme erittäin lapsiystävällinen, lasta huomioitiin lahjoin ja ystävällisellä palvelulla. Spa:ssa kohtelias palvelu, ravintolassa ja baarissa ruoka erinomaista joskin kallista. Huone siisti ja tyylikäs, eritäin hyvä suihku. Lämpimät suosittelut!”

”Location is the star here. Very close to National mall and restaurants. Area is generally safe Hotel was fine - though for a new hotel there are already signs of wear (wallpaper starting to peel). Also, I know dc is hot and temp is gate to regulate but the room just felt constantly “damp.” I didn’t try the restaurant but no room service. Again, not a bad stay - got the price it was fine”

Thank you for Jennifer and Nia for taking care of me with my needs as my stay there. The breakfast staff is fast and courteous. I would return to stay there again next time.”

”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”
