”Hotel is only 2 mins walk to the beach but the beach you can't swim. It's very misleading on the ads... The room is facing to garden view, but the trees are too tall and not maintained. It covered the view and we could not see anything out the window or the beach view. It was disappointing.”

”We stayed in Hampton inn Maui north shore. We opted for ocean facing with refrigerator and microwave. The stay was very nice and the staff were friendly. It hosts a private beach right behind the property. Very convenient to travel west and east of Maui”

”This is a 4.5-star property. (Not as high end as Four Seasons, Fairmont, Ritz & the like but close.) First, the staff. Everyone - front desk, concierge, banker, housekeeping, pool, etc., are friendly, attentive, helpful and professional. They learn your name and no one ever says “no” or “you need to go talk to xyz,” but rather finds a way to help. ”Beautiful hotel & very convenient location. Staff were all amazing!!”

”Overall, the property and amenities are very nice. However, you automatically have to pay $40 per night for parking with no valet option. The parking is also very limited & not well lit at night which is concerning as a solo traveler. There also isn’t any concierge available to help with luggage.”

”The grounds are stunning, the valet staff were amazing! The rooms are about average, the staff working the resort pool and beach were hit or miss. Cleaning staff was kind and thorough as were the staff at the desk at check in. The $55 resort charge, additional taxes and fees added up quickly. The charges for the resort were confusing and even when we attempted to utilize there were additional fees for almost everything offered so it felt confusing and misleading. No microwaves in the rooms...
