A quiet development of holiday homes in a small summer resort (Kalbornia), at the gateway to Masuria, close to one of the cleanest lakes in Poland (300 meters).
This comfortable, two-story holiday home is situated on a private, partially fenced property. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (TV, fireplace, sofa bed), a kitchen with a large dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms. The house has a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Fireplace heating (wood included in the price).
The well-maintained grounds surrounding the house are for guests' exclusive use. There's plenty of space for relaxing and countless family games and activities. Three bicycles are available. Parking is provided.
The price includes: bed linen, electricity, water, firewood, parking, and final cleaning.
The location of the holiday home guarantees undisturbed relaxation. Surrounded by peace and quiet. The lake shore is just a few steps away, and its crystalline waters are perfect for swimming. It's also a paradise for anglers (vendace, pike, eel, tench, perch, and bream). Within a 5-kilometer radius of the house, there are several larger holiday villages (Dąbrówno, Jabłonowo) with interesting dining and shopping options, as well as several other equally attractive lakes. Nearly every lake has developed, sandy beaches with restaurants, as well as wild beaches offering more privacy.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No WLAN.
