The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
Boat trailers are not allowed to be parked on the premises.
** Must wear pool bands while visiting the pool area.  There are 5 orange bands next to the info binder.  Each band lost will result in a $20 cost to the renter and deducted from the damage deposit.
