”We loved our stay at the Wyndham Grand. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an early flight so they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us.
The breakfast choices are great with good variety. Location is ideal, beach facing, near the large city centre mall. We walked to the mall which takes around 5-7 mins.

”This hotel is an all rounder 5 star quality hotel. The staff are always available and so friendly. They made my stay so good and I felt so relaxed. I did not need to worry about anything.

”We staid at the hotel over x-mas for 8 nights. The hotel was very nice, service was kind and discreet.
However one of the receptionsits (a very dark one) had problems hiding her dissapointment when i didnt have local currency to tip her. She showed the dissapointment the whole week. But it is a nice hotel the service is good and after a bit of confusion when it was OK to clean the room (turn of everything when leaving the room (we forgott the TV, why not a sign that pls. service the room).

Metro station also next to the building. You can access to metro via mall at just few steps outside.

Clean, safe and quiet.
Nice pool.
Only problem were the unattended loud children by the pool. Life guard should keep watch on those situations and stop children running, screaming and jumping into the pool. ”

”We stayed at this hotel for just one night due to a transit. The suites are apartment like design, very big. But the review is more on the helping staff to accommodate us on last minute booking. Lisa and staff were very professional and helpful. ”
