”The house was set up beautifully with comfortable beds, plenty of linens, and a well-stocked kitchen. The host was wonderful to communicate with. We had an issue that turned out to not actually be an issue (it was operator error) and Emily responded immediately and continued to follow up to make sure there was no actual issue.
