”I expected more from Smith House for that price! Although the outside was lovely to look at, the common patio area was not maintained enough to be able to sit and enjoy the weather. Our bathroom door was so far off the hinge it would not close. The TV was extremely blurry so that we could not read scores or captions and the linens & pillows smelled musty. So for the money per night, we were very disappointed.”

”Such a cute hotel, great location within walking distance to the the square with tons of shopping, restaurants etc.”

”Everything was great!”

”Great property. Perfect location”

”Piano room was charming and spacious! We were able to walk to everything. Enjoyed our stay!”

”It’s an old building and getting to your room is outside with an outdoor elevator that was dirty. The cleanness of the room was poor. The pool is outside. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast food type. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

”Overall, nice stay”

”We stayed overnight enroute to Tennessee, We were treated to a breakfast of homemade waffles, muffins, sausage juice and coffee. we enjoyed meeting the other guess as well. Beautiful sunset”

”Mrs Julia was an excellent host. Made sure we had what we needed. Renovated bathrooms were beautiful. This is our fourth stay at Lilly Creek.”

”Great quiet with lots of things to do within a short drive”

”Loved everything about this get away can’t wait to do it again”

”The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

”My only complaint is that the parking lot lights blasted thru the sides of the black out blinds. Nice place other than that!”

”Checked in and immediately checked out The room reeked of mold and or mildew Not a safe place to sleep Went to the Holiday inn down the street”

”We loved our stay at the Inn- such a pretty setting in the mountains. The room was beautifully decorated with all our needs met And the breakfasts were delicious and hearty! The staff were exceptionally kind and responsive. We wholeheartedly recommend the Inn as the perfect base to explore the area.”

”This hotel was billed as a 2 star hotel, which was fine for me. I just needed a safe, clean place to sleep for one night while traveling. I found the hotel to be very clean. The door locks, shower, and AC/Heating unit worked perfectly. The bed was firm, but I slept very well. Don't expect niceties like shampoo, a bathtub plug, or super fluffy towels; and be aware that as this hotel is pet friendly, you will hear dogs barking occasionally.
