The modern Gode Ström Quartiere Veer vacation rental is located on the first floor of a new building constructed in 2026 and offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests in its 75 m² of living space. The property is situated in a quiet village in Dahme, just 130 meters from the fine sandy beach and the Baltic Sea. Thanks to its attractive location, you can enjoy beach life, relaxing walks by the sea, and numerous recreational activities practically right on your doorstep. Shopping options are 400 meters away, and a restaurant is about 200 meters away. Public transportation is also available nearby.

A radio is also available for music lovers. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a modern heat pump, which provides pleasant warmth even during the cooler months. All windows have privacy screens, and smoke detectors are installed for your safety.

The balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture and offering a view of the greenery, invites you to relax outdoors. Here you can enjoy the scenery or wind down at the end of the day in a pleasant atmosphere. Wi-Fi and internet access are, of course, available to guests. A private parking space is provided, as is an elevator in the building, which makes access particularly convenient.
