With the Baltic Sea right before your eyes, the ocean so close... here, the day begins with the sunrise over the Baltic Sea!<br><br>Your vacation home is on the 4th floor of the Berolina building and is suitable for up to 2 adults!<br>Plenty of space with 47 m² of living area:<br><br>- entryway with coat rack<br>- living room/bedroom with a cozy recliner, TV, and electric fireplace,<br> direct access to the furnished balcony,<br> sleeping area with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), outdoor blinds <br>- separate room with a raised workspace (for a view of the Baltic Sea), sofa, and wardrobe,<br> separable from the kitchen area by a sliding door <br>- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, etc., and dining area for 2 people<br>- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet<br><br>Swim in the on-site swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (rackets are provided in the apartment), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...<br><br>Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: a short, step-free walk from the parking space in the underground garage to the elevator and on to the apartment!<br><br>Important Information:<br>Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!<br>The functionality of other facilities in the building that are available free of charge—such as the swimming pool, garage, table tennis room, laundry rooms, etc.—cannot be guaranteed; these are therefore outside the owner’s control and liability and do not entitle guests to any reduction or cancellation of the rental price.<br><br>Should their use be impossible during the booked period due to force majeure or technical failure, this will have no impact on the rented vacation apartment. <br><br>Additional Extras:<br>You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
