”We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!”

”When booking the apartment at ebookers pages I got the impression that every apartment had a balcony or terrace. At the reception they explained that it was not the case but I had booked a Standard room with no balcony. That was very disappointing and clearly the information on ebookers pages was not clear. The hotel was quite far from any interesting places so if you are not driving, prepare for lenghty public transportation and a lot of walking.”

”This apartment was our base camp in our Easter holiday in Berlin. In the apartment there were all we needed: kitchen, microwave oven, washing machines (for the clothes a separate washing room), TV with HDMI connection, separable beds. Recycling norms of Germany were new for us so we had some challenges in separating waste correctly. Negative side was that there were no waste bags for all different wastes. Of course, we could have asked from reception. The service in the reception was excellent...

”I would absolutely recommend this hotel: good location, clean, pieces of furniture in good condition. A very pleasant stay! One thing to be noted: this hotel does not have a breakfast even though it is mentioned in their home page. I asked that why is it then mentioned there. The receptionist didn't really say anything. Luckily there is another hotel next to this one, and also cafeterias where you can get some breakfast. ”

”Hotel was great. Good location (close to u-bahn, had good restaurants around.) Room was fantastic--clean, had everything we needed, beautiful window, strong wifi. The only reason we didn't have a perfect review is there were some issues with our check-in. The hotel never received our early checkin. As such, we didn't get into our room until after 4PM while jet-lagged. Otherwise, great stay and would recommend!”
