Daintree-Cape Tribulation Hotellit

”A wonderful way to experience the rain forest in a raw and real manner. Wonderful for switching off and returning to nature. Don't expect all the bells and whistles, expect friendly travellers and staff, loud birds and heaps of rain.”

”Majoitus hienossa paikassa keskellä sademetsää. Hyvä uima allas ja ravintola.”

”Staff was very helpful and nice. There was so hot in the room so we coudln't sleep at all. Location was perfect. ”

”This lodge was in the middle of the Daintree Rainforest, which was so cool. There was a tiny pool, but 2 nice natural swimming holes to wade in However, food was quite pricey for the quality you received in the restaurant. The Continental breakfast was a nice touch in the morning. It was great that we were loaned a flashlight and umbrella for our stay.”

”Beautiful surroundings, great accomodation, comfortable and way above expectation! The outdoor shower was a total highlight! Would recommend to all!”

”Great place”

”A fabulous and truely relaxing break”

”We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The room had everything we needed, small kitchen, with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom was great, big walk in shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. There is a small swimming pool, which our son enjoyed. A covered outdoor kitchen with barbie for guests to use. There is also a laundry for guests. ”Spent the weekend in Port Douglas. By The Sea Port Douglas is perfectly situated for walking to the whole of Maccrosso. St, the Boat Shed, Rex Park and 4 Mile Beach. The property is really well maintained and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend this property.”

”A fantastic pool and hotel surroundings (junglelike). The staff was very helpful and useful. The room good enough and spaceous. ”

”Excellent condition, updated decor and furniture”

”Great place to stay.”

”Mantra Portsea is nicely decorated apartment hotel within walking distance from the center. The service level is good otherwise, but the rooms are only cleaned once a week. We stayed for 4 days so this was sufficient. You can get clean towels if you like. The breakfast was good. However during my stay I washed some clothes and they were damaged because the clotheshorse in the balcony was rusted. The hotel agreed to compensate the clothes after the housekeeping was unable to remove the stains....

”Normal resort if you are looking for that kind of accommodation. They arrange shuttle transportation to the nearby city centre with a price that is a day light robbery so better to come by own car.”
