”Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, the tempurature in the room was too warm and I wasn't able to get the AC working so I had to leave a window slightly open to cool down. This might be because the hotel is in the mountains, so there was a big difference in outdoor and indoor tempurature that I didn't adjust to. ”after my wife did a thorough research and reading every reviews, we made a decision to stay at this resort hotel. We were very pleased with out decision. Everything exceeded expectation plus the therapeutic benefit of curing chronic back pain was gone after staying here. The bed was very comfortable and onsen water is of top quality and 2 different variety. We had a great stay and service was great. Half board dinner and breakfast were great.”

”Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! ”Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and even helped drive us to the train station and stopped at the beautiful snowy sights around Biei along the way. This is a beautiful location, close to AKJ airport (by car, or by bus with a bit of walking). We decided to stay here because we wanted an easy location to stay the night after arriving in Hokkaido, before heading to the mountains. It was cozy, quiet, and clean, and we would stay here again happily.”
