”My family and I had an amazing stay at Villa Presito. Bryan was really easy to communicate with and helped us book a private driver to take us from our hotel in Lapu Lapu City to the villa. ”The place was well located but dated: kitchen cabinetry, rooms, common bathroom did not have drainage. Pool was great. Airconditioning old and noisy. Stove top needed to be lit autopilot busted and lowering the heat was tricky. Water shortage happened causing our guests to move to city to shower (shampoo in their hair enroute). ”Property is within walking distance of the local town centre, making it easy to get out to various places including outside of the town. Staff were friendly & cleaning the property on a daily basis. Has a great sea view & everything stated as being included was included without additional charge. Would recommend.”
