Hotellit kohteessa Dalawella, Unawatuna

”We chose this hotel over others because it seemed to be in a good location and advertised that it had an outdoor pool. However, on arrival we discovered that it doesn't have a pool - they just kept referring to a 'natural swimming area' i.e. the sea. It's also quite a run down and generally depressing place. We ended up cancelling 2 of our 3 nights and moving to another hotel first thing in the morning. I can't say much about the location as we didn't stay long enough to explore it.”

”Arrived at sundown to find it had been double booked. According to his neighbours this is also not the first time this has happened. ”

Aina...

”great place! the breakfast was delicious and portion sizes were great. I visited during the off season and had the entire place and pool to myself. the AC in the room and hot water pressure in the bathroom was a great surprise.pool was great and clean and we'll maintained. you can take a pickme to go around the town and get to the beach . would visit again”

”Flower Garden trully was stunning place. Hotel staff was really friendly and kind, breakfast was super large-scale, pools were fine and cleaning worked well. Whole are had many different wifi so it worked really well.”

”Staff is super friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Also the location is spot on! ”

”Needs to be much more customer and traveller oriented on your inside restaurant and Bar needs to be much more colourful and separate.”

”Rauhallinen hotelli.

”Friendly and happy staff in all areas which says a lot about how the hotel is run. Had my room unexpectedly upgraded on arrival due to a fault found with the originally booked room. The room I had did have a small issue with the private jacuzzi leaking but no major issues. Food and drink were excellent throughout my stay. Highly recommend staying here to anybody wanting a few days of relaxing peace after touring the country.”

”I would highly recommend Sergeant House. The rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated and good air conditioning. Lots of welcome extras included such as insect repellent, cookies, robes, sunhat and beach towels. The hotel is in a great location but set back from the road so lovely and peaceful. The manager was really helpful in arranging tours and airport transfers”
