Pearl Beach

”Everything was ok, good size for a couple or two adults and kids. Not really enough room for 8 people as the lounge room is small with only a two seater and one chair. Plenty of room outside so great for summer. Only negative was the size of the ensuite, hardly any room to move and definitely needs exhaust fans with heat globes in the winter as the steam from the shower made it hard to breath once you got out. Not really pet friendly as pets have to stay outside. Other than that it’s a nice...

”House was as described with great views of the beach, although a bit of hike about 13 minutes if walking with a lotf stairs on the way so we mostly drove, only issue we really had was 3rd bedroom which my daughter stayed lacked privacy as it open to the upstairs lounge, Michael was a responsive and gracious host he always responded quickly to nay queries although we didn't have any problems so did not need to contact him during the stay”

”There was an incident during our stay involving a small glass panel to the front door, which we reported to the owner immediately. We accepted responsibility and offered to arrange and pay for the repair straight away. However, we were advised that we could only use the owner’s nominated tradesperson. To assist, I obtained and sent through two independent quotes for comparison, but received no response. Shortly after, I was charged through the Stayz app an amount that was approximately five times...
