All spaces on the property are accessible except the garage. Please don’t go into the attic as you or your guests will be responsible for any damages or injuries. There are two parking spaces provided, please DO NOT park on the grass.
Other things to note
• Parking is ONLY allowed in the driveway of the property. Please do not park in the grass area of the property
• If excessive cleaning is needed, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $100 applied
• As per rules, pets (not including service animals) are not allowed. If the guest arrives with a pet, it will result in a cancellation of your stay and no refund will be provided.
• Smoking is not permitted in the home. Any signs of smoking in the home will result in a $200 fee. Guests are welcome to smoke on the outside premises as long as they dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• No drugs of any kind permitted on the premises.
• Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am daily. Respecting our neighbors and neighborhood is of the utmost importance!
• NO parties, events, or gatherings of any sort.
• Additional guest must be approved by the host in advance. Violation will result in a $100.00 for each day the guest is on premises.
