This hotel is extremely disgusting. Literally roaches on the walls. The room smelled heavy of tobacco and some very shady people hanging around. I was literally scared. The young man at the desk, very rude. I booked the room through Expedia and the picture of the room online not the room I got.

Place was very affordable but there were small indicators that cleanliness was not up to par. There were loose dark brunette hairs in the bathroom and shower that were obviously not ours, (we have blonde hair) and the security door latch was missing. The room did not match the advertised photos on the website but other than cleanliness and the door latch missing, the room was very very affordable and worked in a pinch.

I left my car parked at the hotel and the tow truck picked it up for no reason, terrible service. NO RECOMENDED

Reception area smells nasty and was dirty. Room was not dirty but door lock, sink and a/c vents were broken,l. We saw people leaving after doing check in because were not feeling safe.

3 star. It was serviceable. Room quality was on the lower quality side but budget friendly. The room had a noticeable constant smell of smoke, but if you can endure that, it's an ok stay. All utilities were functional, if a little spartan.

There were roaches on the beds, the microwave which was at the office was disgusting, there was no water to flush the toilet, and it was just an unpleasant experience

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I had no idea a closet or hanging rod was an amenity that was not included. The pictures look so much nicer than the actual room. The smoke alarm needed a new battery, which they changed the second day with a used battery. It stopped chirping for about an hour. We basically heard it for 3 days, even after I resopnded to their "Let us know if you need anything" email. Someone tried to open our door the first night. When we asked who was there, they just said "Open the door". I tried calling the front desk, but the person that answered just said "hello" over and over. When we came back after housekeeping was there the second day, the phone had been unplugged. I definately DO NOT recommend this place.

The most horrifying experience ever! Room looked nothing like pictures. Filthy and everything stinks like urine (everything I mean beds, mattresses, all the floors…) We arrived at 1am after a very long drive and didn’t have any strength to go to a different hotel. I regretted it later. People were doing dru*s and drinking right outside of our door, called prosti*utes all night, yelling. Reception didn’t respond. Finally security was called at 4am. It didn’t help much. Door lock was broken. I don’t know how they stay open! And they refused to refund We booked for 2 nights but checked out after spending less than 5 hrs there. The worse stay in my life.

Please read the reviews and take them to heart. This place is horrible. The guy checking us in was rude, the room stank, the area was super unsafe, the lock didn’t work, the beds and the shower (yes, the shower) had cigarette holes, the bathroom floors were either uncleaned or someone dropped a dirty mask on the floor, and the shower curtain was shattered. This place was, by far, the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The photos on the listing are NOT WHAT YOU GET. If I was not a broke college student, I would have left within the first minute of checking in. Please, only book this place if you have no other options. I feel like I deserve to be paid for staying here.

I liked that th estafa was accomadating when I asked about a rerun. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay here for more than one night it was very unsafe and not in a great area.

the bed sheets and comforter were dirty and had debris, seem like there were bugs on the bed, the bathtub was dirty, the ac unit was set at one setting and could not change to heat and the only way to turn it on and off was to unplug the cord from the outlet in the wall. they charge a $20 deposit and you have to return your room key when checking out to receive your deposit back. the men in the front desk are very rude and talk to you as if you are ignorant. at night there’s ppl walking all around the parking lot asking if you have any weed or needles to do their drugs with, you only see security in the morning but nothing at night, you see ppl sitting in the grass across from the office hitting a glass pipe

The person checking in the the guest is rude I booked it and paid for it and he didn't accept it and other people were there that had also booked and he wasn't accepting he wants you to pay on site on his rates instead of the Expedia or other apps horrible service horrible place want to go there ever again

When I was finally able to check in after 2 pm. The guy who helped me was the best person I had the entire stay. The first time I came in the guy was rude and short with me. Whoever the guy is with glasses and the guy who was wearing a blue collared shirt were super nice and maybe everything easy.

The room had No mini fridge, no microwave, TV is very old and won’t connect, Water bursted next my room and made a huge water puddle literally leaking through the roof to the first floor, i had to check out as fast as possible, didn’t even complete 24 hours of my stay

Everyone should be treated fairly.
Yes i booked a room for my son there for 2days during the cold freeze we had ,jan 15-17 hotel would not let my son stay there because he didn't have an id to check in ,i gave them instructions that he has and photo id but it was a picture on his phone of his driver's licenses the refuse to take it because his photo was on his phone so they refused him service ,now im in the processing of trying to get my refund back for those day ,notel want answer phone for me or hotel.com they are not professional when handing business at all .Pick up the phone motel.com needs to speak with you i need my refund aka money back .peoples do better by your customer black or white.

I called to let them know I would not make it Monday. I was told to do it online. It was too late in the day to cancel for Monday evening. Not the end of the world. I would just have to pay for the night., two rooms. I arrived Tuesday. My reservations had been cancelled. They said by Expedia. Very rude when I showed him my reservation. I went to another place.
