Guest Screening & Security

To safeguard our property and fulfill local regulatory requirements, all primary guests are required to complete a brief identity verification prior to arrival. This simple process involves uploading a government-issued photo ID, validating your contact details, signing our rental agreement, and, where applicable, completing a standard background check. Your personal data is strictly protected, handled exclusively for verification purposes, and never stored or shared elsewhere.

Please complete this step within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day arrivals). Unverified reservations are subject to cancellation. For your safety, secure surveillance cameras monitor the hallways, and an indoor Minut sensor measures sound levels (without recording audio).



Damage Waiver

Every reservation includes a $69 Damage Protection plan, covering up to $150 in non-intentional property damages.



Garage Parking Guidelines

On-site garage parking is available upon request:

Short Stays (1–7 nights): $20 / night

Extended Stays (8+ nights): Flat fee of $150

Vehicles must be registered online every 24 hours to avoid towing.

Limit: 1 vehicle per reservation (over-sized trucks are strictly prohibited in the garage).



Valet Trash Pickup Schedule

To keep the community pristine, our team will briefly access the garage to handle trash containers during these windows:

Tuesday (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): Bins placed curb-side.

Wednesday (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM): Bins brought back inside.

Our team will knock three times before entering. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
