Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. Pet fee USD $150 per pet per stay -

Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. For each additional guest after that a USD $39/night fee will be applied.


- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request for Netflix.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

- HOT TUB -

Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor hot tub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the hot tub is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -
For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and in front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes but not inside the house to keep your privacy.

- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will become non-refundable.

- This home has a backyard area. You may see small wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (I.e. spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them as we work very hard to keep the house clean and have monthly pest/bug control.
