🎉 No Parties — Violations result in immediate eviction, no refund, a $500 fine, and possible police involvement.

🚭 No Smoking — $500 fee for smoking anywhere on the property.

🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strictly enforced).

🚘 Parking: One reserved space per stay with parking pass. Additional vehicles must be registered per posted community instructions. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
