House Rules:

Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, with no more than 5 adults.
- No more than 4 unrelated individuals may stay at the property.

Gatherings & Noise
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, guests may not gather outside, and no
amplified sound should be heard beyond the property line.
- Please control noise levels at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Parking
- Guest parking is available in the driveway only.
- Street parking is not permitted for guests.

Property Guidelines
- Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside or outside of the property.
- Do not place standard trash items in the recycling bin.
- Garbage is collected on Tuesday.
- Place bagged garbage inside the containers and place them near the edge of the alley no earlier than 6
p.m. the night before collection.
- Containers must be returned behind the fence line by 9 a.m. the day after collection.
- Do not hang out in the front yard.
- Do not obstruct the view of security cameras. Doing so will result in automatic cancellation with a fine.
- A warning message will be sent if cameras become inaccessible. If there is no response, a phone call will
be made. Continued lack of response will result in cancellation of the reservation.
