The property was clean and updated to what I would call a smart room. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the only issue I found with the room was the shower floor would be slick when wet and the hair dryer processed only cool air on high and lo mode -- in other words there was no heat to speed up the drying process. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and will stay there again when we are in that area.

I would not book there again. Air conditioner did not work and when asked to fix, they said they couldn't do anything.

This hotel was initially impressive with its newness, modern rooms, and cleanliness. Although it is a fair distance from Dallas, there were nearby fast-food restaurants and convenience stores. While our room itself appeared nice, there were a few minor issues. The water pressure was lacking and slow to warm, resulting in some rather patience-testing showers, and the ice machine across from our room incessantly beeped audibly with an error message. The staff and owner were professional during check-in and friendly while watching the solar eclipse.

I wish I would have known that they did not serve breakfast- that is a deal breaker for our family. They only had complimentary coffee which was not palatable in the morning. I asked for a do not disturb sign and never did receive one. The hair dryer never worked in our room…..

It’s a great hotel. Friendly service, clean environment. Quiet area, the town it’s in is not high traffic which is perfect. Not far from Dallas and all the excitement you plan to go to. Overall, I would go back to the hotel for further stays. Best Red Roof Inn so far! The only issue was the remote to the TV would not work/connect and we had it replaced and same issue. Not sure what the issue was but that was the only inconvenience we had.

This property was very clean inside and out, not sure if it’s a new build or a renovation, but either way it was very clean. It was definitely worth a one night stay, not sure I could do two nights because the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The cable channels were ok, nothing to write home about. The noice was terrible because of all the construction or renovation going on at this hotel, and it was at night this was going on. This was definitely worth the money, it was very clean.

New place. Bed comfortable. Very low water pressure. Manual lock on door did not work. Window shade did not block light from outside. Slept just fine after all.

The hotel is so clean and comfortable. The property is very new so everything is great. My room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The TV allows the option to login to your different streaming apps "which I love" even a lot of 3+ star hotels don't have that. My only dislike is the shower. There is a door, just a curtain and stall. The front desk staff is very nice accommodating. I will definitely be back.

The hotel, built in 2023, is brand new, which is very pleasant. However, I recommend that they improve their room cleaning standards. If they continue with the current approach, the hotel might become dirty over time. During our stay, we found a few small chip crumbs on the floor and a chewed bubble gum in a cup.
