”Very nice!”

”No one revealed that they were under remodel until we got there. I called the day we got there and paid and no one said that they were under remodel. There was NO lobby and NO pool as advertised on their web site. This was also not on the Expedia website. I had no money to choose another hotel so we stayed much to me and my grandchildren disappointment. We had counted on the pool to make our few days out complete. I will now know what to ask and this is the 2nd time I trusted expedia and...

”Very nice, room clean everything we needed. Only complaint was I ask for a king room with walk in shower, but was given one with a tub. But it worked out ok.”

”Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). ”

”It was a generally well maintained property, but one of age that could use some updates, as in the bathrooms, very low toilets and period fixtures. The floor was even sticky. Personnel were quite nice and helpful.”

”I chose this hotel based off of the online pics, price, rating, and amenities. However, upon my arrival, the parking lot looked like a truck stop and I was informed the elevator was broken and had to carry my luggage upstairs. There were towels used on the floor to prop open hallway doors and a baby crib next to the vending machine full of trash bags and towels. My room was fairly clean and I Clorox wiped everything down. ”Room and building were clean. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, some were not. The tub couldn’t be used for a bath. Shower got way too hot. There was broken glass in the parking lot. We informed front desk in the evening but it was not taken care of until the following morning. The breakfast was a nice selection but the coffee was full of coffee grounds. The lady was apologetic. ”Room was immaculate. Beds vergg ugh comfortable. Back out curtains very effective. Breakfasts were good with varied items. Good coffee!! Very helpful staff. Super friendly. Highly recommend.”
