”Staff were friendly at all places from reception to restaurant staff at breakfast to cleaning ladies - all excellent the tech staff were so attentive- i had small issue with connection in my room - they were at room in 5 mins and fixed it Room (Suite) was spacious - lots of room Breakfast was great- staff were so friendly there too ”

”Loistava rauhallinen hotelli, siisti, hyvä palvelu, uima-allas ja yksityinen ranta joissa pyyhkeet ja vedet hotellin puolesta. Hotelli yhdistyy Shangri-La hotelliin ja loma-asuntoihin ja alueella on useita kahviloita ja ravintoloita. Buffet aamiainen oli todella ruuhkainen ja maksoi kahdelta 240 AED joten käytimme kahviloita joissa sai hyvän perus aamiaisen nauttia rauhassa ja puolet edullisemmin. Taksilla pääsee helposti keskustaan ja Yas saarelle. Suosittelen lämpimästi rauhallista rantalomaa...

”great hotel and service in general. two issues with our stay, which are not part of luxury experience: bathroom floor covered with water after shower because drain did not work and we had to block water with towels (very anoying when useing toilet). complimentary newspaper never arrived during our 3 night stay (didn't really matter, but why offer it in the first place).”
