Lomamajat – Damaraland

”We stayed one night here and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff are excellent and very attentive; they offer a refreshing welcome drink when you arrive. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package and both were of good quality. Specialty coffees and alcoholic beverages are not included and charged to the room, but the prices are reasonable. The location is convenient if you are on the road between Spitzkoppe and Etosha, and close to the points from which the desert elephant...

”It was the best lodging during my whole 3-week trip. The view, the cabin and the staff, everything was perfect. The staff even made a whole cake to celebrate our friend’s birthday!”

”What an amazing place tucked back in the hills. We were quite surprised upon our arrival. The room was excellent and the lodge is very comfortable. The lodge staff are wonderful. The challenge of luggage is significant. We're in good health, but I could see it very difficult for people with limited mobility. A porter would be a good addition. Maybe I missed it, but if dinner is not included in the price, the price of dinner should be easy to see on the daily menu. Dinner was wonderful and well...

”The only criticism was flies on the food. ”

”Safari Lodge was a lovely place even though it was big abd touristic. But when we walked to our lodge after the dinner, we ran into 2 giraffes, so the lodge is really in the middle of the nature.”

”We stayed at the Tree House. It was fun, but it needs mosquito netting. We chased a mouse out 3 times. Ha! In October, the mosquitoes weren't too bad, but in other months it would be impossible to sleep. It is a great experience; it just needs a little more TLC. The lodge staff are wonderful, and we really enjoyed our time there. Thank you!!”

”Beautiful accommodation. Great location 10 km from Anderson Gate of Etosha National Park. Pool was fantastic!! Lovely buffet dinner. Cabin Room was super cute. Lots of attention to details. Wonderful way to end a long day of driving in the park.”
