”Séjour d une nuit très agréable, avec un très bon petit déjeuner pour le SL.
La piscine au milieu des arbres est très sympa, surtout pr les enfants… chambre au top propre et bien aménagé. Bonne ambiance lounge le soir même si la musique un peu forte.
À améliorer : le Check in où il n y avait personne à l arrivée, et comme notre chambre était pas prete, nous avons dû revenir et toujours personne donc un peu d attente.
La lenteur et la qualité des plats du restaurant. ”

”Let me start with the good points since there are very few : the look of the room - beautiful
Now the rest, I’m an experience traveller and experienced in hospitality and I am ensuring that this hotel can charge such a high price or the poor service provided :
- we cannot driving ourselves and it’s been impossible to find the hotel : the pin location is not accurate (the hotel is located almost an hour from kandy im the countryside) and there are no sign anywhere to indicate the right...

”Loved the property however booking was stuffed up and could only stay 1 night instead of 2 so had to find different accommodation. I did receive a full refund. ”
